<p>Why? I am not so sure yet. I practice Yoga and I am learning about yogic approaches to diet. I would like to explore some of these practices and see how they influence my life.  I am also getting older.  I want to make sure my body is in good working order so I can watch my daughter grow.  And lastly because I need more energy.  I want to do more but I am tired. I want to explore how this affects my energy.</p>
